We are a group of dental administrators, attorneys and accountants that have worked in the largest private and corporate dental offices in the country with experience in navigating and negotiating through the most complex issues that affect the dental practice operations. In addition to administration services, we have access to apply the most advanced, sophisticated clinical training in general and specialty dentistry. Most dentists rarely observe how other offices operate because most dental practitioners are rarely involved in operations outside of their own sphere of practice.
Ron Bergloff, graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with BA in EPO Biology with additional studies in accounting, marketing and organizational management at CU's Leeds School of Business. Ron represents all operations of RDM by collaborating with our group of contractors and consultants. He has 3 years of intensive training and experience with one of the country's largest DMO groups where he developed 15 integrated multi-doctor, multi-specialty offices in the Denver area; all of which were Denovo operations. In addition, he held the position of Executive Directer at Cody Dental Group which is re-known as the oldest and largest multi-specialty dental facility/hospital in the western half of the United States with a rich history dating back to its founding in 1936. He also enjoyed developing staff, renovations and operations for a mid-size private practice in Aurora, Colorado with four partner dentists. He has developed vendor partnerships that span information, dental technology, hardware, equipment, supplies, dental labs, and building construction. In addition, Ron has been affiliated with higher education as he serves on Advisory Board for several (Title 4) dental assisting schools with 13 month certification programs and hygiene schools that award both the bachelors and associate levels of academia.
